This session is a gentle, guided exploration using journaling prompts to connect with your intuition, notice different “parts” of yourself, and tap into your creative energy. You’ll have the opportunity to reflect, write, and experiment with self-expression in a supportive, non-therapeutic environment.
Group sharing is optional—this is a flexible space where you can observe, participate, or quietly reflect. The focus is on curiosity, personal insight, and using creativity as a tool for self-discovery.
