Hi, I’m Ellee -- the founder of Ruellia Coaching. I’m a multi-medium creative and a somatic life coach trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Somatic Experiencing. I’m based in Portland, Oregon, but I work with anyone who can log in via Zoom. At Ruellia, I guide people in reconnecting with their imagination, inner life, and natural creativity so they can live from a place of self-belonging, ease, and curiosity.

I’m offering 4 spots for a free 30-minute consult because sometimes the hardest part is just showing up and seeing what’s possible. In this session, we’ll explore what matters to you right now and how somatic life coaching can support you in:
