Fair Trade Real Estate — Investor Onboarding & Deal Access

Who we are : We are a licensed brokerage that specializes with acquiring distressed properties with no agent fees.

Group Goal:
Our goal is to help qualified investors gain exclusive access to verified off-market real estate deals through Fair Trade Real Estate. We guide new investors through our onboarding process so they can get verified and ready to make offers directly on properties.

Who We’re Hoping to Meet:
We’re looking to meet active real estate investors who buy off-market single-family or multi-unit properties using cash or hard money. If you’re serious about acquiring deals and ready to provide proof of funds (POF) and sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), this group is for you.

What We’ll Do at Our Events:(Google meet)
At each session, we will:
• Walk investors through the Fair Trade onboarding process (POF & NDA submission)
• Discuss your buy box and investment criteria
• Demonstrate how to use our Clarity Technology Platform to view properties, analyze deals, and submit bids
• Explain the key advantages of working with Fair Trade vs. other wholesalers — including title insurance provided on every deal and closing costs covered for our verified buyers
• Ensure you’re fully set up to start receiving and acquiring off-market deals seamlessly

These sessions are designed to get investors ready to buy, not just talk about deals.
