Mahjong(Ma-Jiang) originated from ancient China spreading to this day which is still popular in modern China. It was first brought to West in 1920s. It's an enjoyable and social game playing by 4 players seating around table, a game needs both of skills and luck that bring you to gameover as a winner.
This event is for all ages of people who are beginners+ and interested in practicing to improve and socialize.
The check-in time is at 11:00AM. Please give yourself more time to park your car and socialize. At check-in you will be issued wristbands for each of you to wear.
In the event that you will need to enter later/separately, you will have to leave your email address (supprt.talents@gmail.com), I can forward the e-mail reservation confirmation to you and you can present it to the admission windows to check in when you arrive.
It might be working when you mention our event host organization: Support Talents at the admission window to get in. We will have lunch or a refreshing drink at 12:30PM at 1919 Cafetaria, the Jade Court Cafe surrounded by gorgeous scenery. You will find us at Chinese Garden ( Liu Fang Yuan) between 2:00PM-4:00PM for MJ playing after you walk around in those beautiful gardens.
You can park your car or van in any available general parking spot for free. Space is limited; carpooling is strongly encouraged. There are two entrances to the parking lot: Oxford Road and Allen Avenue. Accessible parking and bicycle racks are conveniently located in the south end of the lot closest to the main entrance and admission windows. We will do it no mater it’s in sun or rain. Please bring your own Mahjong sets if you have one.
You are also welcome to bring Chinese Chess to play.
