Sleek summer night at brand new elegant hotel venue

After much anticipation, the Pasadena AC Hotel is finally open. I tried their bar/lounge area out and the verdict is... what's not to like?! :). In short:

• Great new bar/lounge
• Very sleek, elegant, and, dare I say it... sexy!
• PLENTY of both standing and sitting room for easy mingling
• Plenty of space to park nearby for free or low rates
• Excellent wines and drinks at normal rates for a hotel lounge (= not excessive)
• Friendly hotel management and bartenders
• Plenty of shade - the room is facing north, so totally shaded, yet warm

Let's take advantage of that and the long, warm summer evenings. I am very excited about this new "upscale" venue. The picture here is a picture of the actual venue.

This time, feel free to bring several friends.

As always: please order something from the bar! They have light bites too if you don't want alcohol. Please tip the bartenders appropriately. Again, large groups are not very welcome in many places, so let's make sure we remain as popular as we are.

Dress up or down as you please! Come and mingle for fun, work, or whatever.
