Oktoberfest (a bit early)!

Oktoberfest is "officially" in September in Germany, but why not start the fun early?!

It's summer, the beer is cold (wine is available too in good portions!), the sausages are hot (ahem...), and Highland Park has this great new authentic German-style (Berlin) venue that I have gotten a reservation for outdoors. I could not get one later as they may be too popular then, so let's be early! Who cares... Any time is a good time to meet in increasingly trendy Highland Park.

Come out! It will be in a reserved side yard with plenty of shade, wood 'park-style' benches and tables (so you can sit), individual tabs as usual, and just good, quiet, nice German-style mingling.

Please buy an item from the bar! Please tip them normally. And please pay yours truly $1-3 dollars for my fees, testing out places, actually eating and drinking there (they don't comp me...), etc.

This is a very causal event location.
