Welcome!
Have you always dreamed of learning Tai Chi? Are you ready to nurture your mind and body?
In this weekly outdoors class, we cover the basics of Qigong and Tai Chi. This includes warm ups, The Eight Pieces of Brocade exercise, Tai Chi drills specific to the Wudang Sanfeng style and standing meditation.
Once students can perform the above well (which can take 1-2 months depending on how much you practice), we will move to a Wudang Sanfeng Tai Chi form called "Taiji 28" (Tai Chi 28) which is a beautiful, flowing form.
What to wear and bring: wear loose/sport clothes and shoes in which you can easily move. Bring your own water, sunscreen and hat, if you need one.
Location: Pasadena, Eaton Sunny Slope Park.
Price: $10 per class via Venmo or in cash.
