Pizza Oven Fire Class!!

Special note to all who would like to join us for this class: We serve pizza from our oven every Monday night during our social, so even if you don’t get a spot in the class, you are most welcome to come to the social!

Once a month, we welcome a small group of folks to come to our Monday night social one hour early to learn how to use our wood fired pizza oven! We will host this workshop the first Monday of every month.

Due to frequent no-shows and the time and energy it takes to prepare for this class, we are now requiring attendees to exchange $15 to attend the class.

The pizza takes at least full 90 minutes to two hours from starting the oven to the first pizza coming out, when folks arrive for the social, so please come prepared to stay for the social as well.

The event will begin with starting thhe oven and then showing you how to make gluten free pizza dough, with an excellent, organic, vegan recipe.

We want to make sure we have a crew of folks to help us use the pizza oven, especially as our Monday night social continues to expand and we have community members renting the garden for the events and want to use the oven!

Working the oven is far more of an art than a science, so we all get it wrong lots of times, so learning to work the oven is an ongoing lesson in patience and creativity!
