2022 The Sakura Big Picnic - Join Hosting with VKA

After two years of pandemics, we wish everyone can enjoy this iconic event - The Big Picnic (https://vcbf.ca/event/2022-the-big-picnic/).

We will co-host this event together with VKA (Vancouver Kaifong Association).

About Vancouver Kaifong Association:

Vancouver Kaifong Association aims to connect Hong Kong newcomers and allies across British Columbia to form a vibrant community and to preserve Hong Kong identity. Kaifong (neighbors on the block who watch each other's backs) are encouraged to support each other with their skills, knowledge, and networks. Most importantly, we want our members to integrate through contributing to the local communities and embrace Canadian values to become true Hong Kong-Canadians.

Besides enjoying Sakura sights, we will also discuss how to take sakura photos, photo composition, and basic camera operation skills.
