What’s that thing that just keeps tugging at you to do/make/create? Are you somewhere along the path of realizing this idea, or standing at the edge, not sure where to begin? Do you have lots of passion, but no clear project yet?

Passion Projects is a space of mutual-support for anyone who feels a gnawing energy to do and make. We gather to support each other along our paths and to find a sense of community in what can sometimes feel like a lonely creative process.

Welcome! Hi! I’m Claire. I believe beautiful things happen when we gather. Gathering, I guess, is my passion project.

And Abdul: I am interested in creativity with a multi-disciplinary approach and making communities for collaboration.

Our belief is “You. Yes you! You can do it! But you’re not alone. There is a community of other passionate doers supporting you, inspiring you, encouraging you. This community is Passion Projects! Come join us!”

Each gathering is a balance of small-group reflection (guided by questions like “where are you feeling stuck? What do you need to learn next?”), and broader discussion of topics like “how do we find funding? Or how do we make time for our projects?” Each meeting opens with an intention setting, and closes with an invitation to take 30 minutes and work on your project. While we will facilitate this space, we welcome your co-creative energies.

This is a loving and affirming space, open to people and projects of any scale, theme, type, shape, background, belief, sexual orientation.
