March in Lisbon, with it's mild weather, marks the beginning of the spring season, bringing milder yet good weather and an increase in sunny days compared to the winter months. Also attracting visitors before the peak tourist rush. Let's enjoy the balance between enjoying pleasant weather and avoiding large crowds, March is the best month to explore this incredible capital city.

Lisbon is positioned in southern Europe and the moderating effects of the Atlantic, ensuring that the weather is neither too cold nor overly hot. Overall, Lisbon in March offers a delightful climate for sightseeing, with enough warmth to enjoy outdoor activities without the intense summer heat​.

Popular among tourists, Lisbon is the capital and largest city of Portugal. The city is filled with spectacular views and is also home to some of the best beaches in Europe. The amazing landscape, nice restaurants, and fresh beer just add charm to the beauty of this place. With good quality food, and sizzling nightlife at fraction of the cost of some of the other European cities.

Itinerary

Day 1
We leave Gatwick Airport in the morning, on arrival we are transported to our hotel. We check in and relax exploring our new home for the next few days.

At 4.30pm we venture out on a guided food and wine walking tour of Lisbon. Join me as we savour the flavours of Portuguese cuisine. With our culinary guide, discover the finest food and wine with 15 tastings, and get insider tips about the city.

Day 2 Free Time to explore together will come up with ideas later
Later at 6pm for 50 minutes we Experience an intimate live Fado show with local artists in downtown Lisbon. We will get an authentic look at traditional music as Portuguese guitars and classic guitars accompany the singers. This includes free entry tickets and a glass of port wine. After the show we will have our evening meal, at additional cost.

Day 3
Optional Day trip to Sintra-Cascais Nature Park. We will visit Quinta da Regaleira, its emblematic well, and the historic Pena Palace, and relax in the picturesque fishing village of Cascais.

Day 4
Sadly it's our last day, not to worry, after checking out and putting our luggage in storage we are free to explore further and enjoy the last day in Lisbon before our taxi arrives to take us back to the airport.
