*UPDATE: Tour Added! Visit Oak Park’s newest and only Multifamily Phius project: 7 Van Buren! The project is located on the corner of Van Buren & S Austin Blvd, and a 7 min walk from the Blue Line. We recommend carpooling if you are planning to attend both the tour and soiree. Tour runs from 5-5:45pm.
