Hello! Join us for networking and sharing of experiences in the large multifamily space.

Defining YOU: you're a busy professional, working for someone else or in your own business. You make good money, but have no or little time to invest it outside of retirement/ stocks. You're looking for alternative ways to invest your funds so that they can start generating returns for you.

About the the club:
Are you interested in building passive income & net worth through real estate, but do not have the time to own, renovate and manage local apartment buildings?

The primary focus will be to educate the group members on passive real estate investing including:

-Cash flow during hold period
-Depreciation that can eliminate most taxes on said cash flow
-Payout upon sale of property in a few years

P.S. this group is for large apartment buildings only, we will not be covering condos, 2 units, flipping, vendors, single family investment etc.
