**Eddie Gant, the owner and founder of Jet Lending, LLC, is one of Texas' most prominent and well-established hard money lenders. He began his academic journey at Mississippi State University before earning a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington. In June 1999, Eddie left the corporate world to pursue a career in real estate by purchasing a Homevestors franchise. Since then, he has bought and sold over 1,700 houses and currently owns more than 100 rental properties in the Houston, Austin, and surrounding areas.**




In 2004, Eddie, along with his business partners Johnny and Debbie, established Jet Lending. Over the past two decades, Jet Lending has become one of Texas' leading hard money lenders, closing over 3,700 loans with a cumulative total exceeding $500 million in loans.

In addition to his real estate ventures, Eddie is also an entrepreneur in the restaurant industry, owning three restaurants (and counting) in Mississippi. In his spare time, Eddie enjoys spending time at his hunting camp, speaking at national real estate and lending conventions, and hosting Texas' largest real estate investor meetup, the Super Investor Meeting in Houston, TX.
