Aaron was our presenter this month! As promised we will get to tour his new build assisted living facility. This is a great time to learn and ask questions.

Most people assume purpose and profit trade off in senior care, and in the large-facility model they often do.
Margin comes from more beds and fewer staff per bed, and everyone can feel the result. The picture in your
head is a long hallway, a nurses station, and a smell. That reaction is not irrational. It is a rational response to
how the model is built.
