What Happens in a Past Life Regression Session?

Well, it's another month and I really want to continue to have at least one virtual gathering a month, so here I am with a new topic to discuss What a Past Life Regression Session is like.

People have their own ideas what it is going to be like, sometimes those ideas are valid, though when they are not it's possible that they might get in the way of your experience. I do talk about hypnosis and past life before we start the session to deal with any misconceptions, but there can be other ideas that are important to understand.

I have had several people ask about another Group Past Life Regression, I usually hold those 3-4 times a year, so we might wait another month or so before scheduling another one. I know my students enjoy having experiences during the Hypnotherapy Training and the Past Life Regression Training, so I'll figure out some kind of experience we can go through at another meetup, perhaps later this month. Maybe we'll do a Masters of Light Meditation with my friends in spirit I met on October 12, 2010. So stay tuned for that.
