Stoner Cabin Open House and Dedication

Thirty years ago Stuart Miller had a vision to build a cabin where his family and friends could get away and relax. That dream came true, and in 2023 the Miller family decided to share their gift with PATC.

When PATC graciously accepted the donation there was a simple wooden sign hanging from the front porch that read Yowell Come, as if to say, “Y’all come join us on the porch and sit a spell.”

With that in mind, you are invited to Stoner Cabin for a special event on Saturday, October 25. There will be a 90-minute open house starting at 1:00, and a brief dedication ceremony at 2:30. An informal reception will be held at Blue Quartz Winery from 3:00 until 5:00.

There is very limited parking at the cabin, and guests should park at 2585 South Fort Valley Road, Etlan, VA. A shuttle will run to and from the cabin (text/call 301-377-2222 or 202-674-5532 when you arrive at the parking area). Light refreshments will be served, and this is a bring-your-own-water-bottle event.
