Lets get muddy for a great cause and join me for 11th annual Muddy Mamas 5k Mud Run + Obstacle Course.
Our ladies show up clean and unsure of their capabilities, but they sure don’t leave that way; they bond with their fellow participants not only with mud, but with a sense of accomplishment like no other. Muddy Mamas is an untimed 5k mud run and obstacle course for girls/women now in its tenth year of encouraging women to ‘Go All In’ and ‘Get Muddy’ to inspire a sense of strength and accomplishment.
This is a girls only event for ages 10 and up. Men are encouraged to volunteer with our Dirty Dudes!
The Muddy Mamas Mud Run + Obstacle Course help support programming at Girls Incorporated of Washington County.

Notes:
Please arrive one hour before (9:15), to park, sign in and find us.
Meeting location: After you sign in, we will meet by the bag check in location by 9:45-10:00
This is a group event, please keep in mind when signing up, we will be walking and doing the obstacles as a team and helping each other out when needed.
Tips: Where old tennis shoes you might want to throw away. Make sure to duct tape your shoes so you wont lose them in the mud. we will have some duct tape available.
Rehydration: We will regydrate and have lunch after the walk for those who want to join.
