This group veers into Wibbly-Wobbly-Timey-Wimey stuff as we discuss this 60+ year old fantastic show!
This group regenerated from our prior one of 4+ years. Meetings then were exclusively on Zoom - and online events will remain so, Pacific Time, Monday evenings - but we added more in-person themed meetups in the Los Angeles/OC area such as at the Disneyland Resort, local Cons. Weâll talk about episodes/stories you'll view prior to the event, general discussion topics such as characters, plots, themes explored in Doctor Who. Or whatever you choose! This will be your group and is open to suggestions (weâve a list from all members in the past 4 years with room for more). And with the showâs debut on Disney+, this group would like to be accessible to brand-new viewers too. Naturally, we mesh and crossover well with our sci-fi, gaming, cosplay, comics/novel, Disney peers.
All humans and extraterrestrials/surviving Time Lords may apply! But this is also a safe space (though we had to convince Cmdr. Strax that the word "Club" had multiple meanings). No harassing anyone nor repeat no-shows without canceling lest you get banished into the Void (not joking). Family-friendly though attendees under age 18 must have a guardian with them.
