Carrie Wojo- Carrie has healed herself from fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, pre-diabetes, hormonal and digestion issues, and has lost 30 lbs. just by changing her diet and addressing her body’s specific needs. She’s been in business for 12 years and loves what she does.

Carrie takes a 100% holistic, yet scientific, approach when working with her clients. She identifies the deficiencies and dysfunctional systems and organs in people’s bodies and then teaches them how to heal and balance their bodies with whole food and sustainable nutrition.

Schad Gibbons- Coach Schad known for his no-BS approach to strength, mindset, and real-life results.

After dropping 60 pounds as a high school wrestler—transforming from the kid who failed every fitness test to Weightlifter of the Year—Schad turned his own struggles into a lifelong mission to help others. He specializes in helping everyday people build discipline, resilience, and self-respect through movement and honest coaching.
