Call for GMs! 1D4 Con July 19 - July 21 Charles Town Raceway & Casinos

For 2024 1D4 Con, we will be hosted at the Charles Town Raceway and Casinos for July 19-21, 2024
I would like to see if we can do 5 – 6 tables per slot. With 1 HQ. a Google Form is below.

The current event schedule approved by the Casino management is:

Friday (July 19th):
- Badge Check-in starts at 11:30am
- 1st Gaming slot 1pm to 5pm (3 tables 1 HQ)
- Dinner downtime
- 2nd Gaming Slot 6:30pm to 10:30pm (5 Tables 1 HQ)
- ½ hour buffer to 11pm, everyone out of convention space by 11:30pm

Saturday (July 20th):
- Badge Check-in starts at 7:30am
- 3rd Gaming slot 8am to 12(noon) (5 Tables 1 HQ)
- Lunch downtime
- 4th Gaming slot 1pm to 5pm (6 tables 1 HQ)
- Dinner downtime
- 5th Gaming Slot 6:30pm to 10:30pm (6 tables 1 HQ)
- ½ hour buffer to 11pm, everyone out of convention space by 11:30pm

Sunday (July 21st):
- Badge Check-in starts at 7:30am
We may change our games from 10am - 2pm and then do tear down.
- 6th Gaming slot 8am to 12(noon) (4 tables 1 HQ)
- Lunch downtime
- 7th Gaming slot 1pm to 5pm (Maybe quest tables if any one is interested.)
- Everyone and everything out of convention space by 6pm

GM Requirements –
The venue is the most expensive that we've used. Unfortunately, this mean that badge prices will be going up.
The current pricing for 3-Day badges will be $55 ($45 last year) and the reduced GM badges will be $30 ($25 last year).
The stipulations to get the GM badge is still 8 or more hours (two 4 hr slots or more). If you have anyone running games for 5 to 7 slots (maximum), let me know and I will fully comp their badge.
