Pathfinder 2e: Character Workshop & Bounties

On July 6, we'll make Pathfinder Society characters and game at Crossroads Tavern from 6pm to around 10. Enjoy good food and drinks while you adventure and roll dice! This will be an informal character creation workshop and time to play some quick bounties afterwards.

Pathfinder 2nd edition is an interactive role-playing game similar to Dungeons & Dragons. The mechanics are easy and the rules are available for free!

First, you'll make a level 1 character. This could be an original character, if you want to try out a class, or work out a new idea/concept. I will bring paper sheets and Paizo books but using Pathbuilder is great too. I'll help you with this process if you need it.

Then, you'll have time to try these new characters with a level 1 bounty or two. Bounties take about an hour and are worth 1 XP. These are usually a combat and some skill checks wrapped up in a brief story. If there's extra time, I'll bring another bounty or quest just in case.

Bounty # 6: Road from Otari
Story Hook: Hired to deliver packages from the fishing village of Otari to the metropolis of Absalom, adventurers encounter traders who have suffered a strange attack by a subterranean creature.

Bounty # 9: Fishing in Anthusis
Story Hook: The Silverscales Tournament calls citizens and adventurers alike to compete to catch silver trout. This year, a pair of rival twins and some unexpected dangers ensure the event is one that the people of Anthusis won't forget.
