What is Pathwork?
Pathwork is a spiritual tradition that offers unique concepts and techniques to help us become aware of and learn to transform the unconscious attitudes and beliefs that are often at the root of our negative life experiences. It is a powerful path in that it encompasses both spiritual and psychological dimensions. It helps us with our lowest or least desireable attributes and our highest and best qualities, helping us to embrace all aspects of ourselves with compassionate understanding. It also provides techniques and practices to help us truly transform the destructive beliefs and patterns that keep us stuck in unfulfillment. And it gives us tools and knowledge to create very different experiences and the life we truly long for.
You are invited to explore this spiritual path through a book study discussion group. Over several weeks, we’ll read The Pathwork of Self-Transformation by Eva Pierrokos, who brought us the Pathwork spiritual teachings through 258 lectures she channeled over a period of over 20 years. The power and effectiveness of this material and this Path have been realized by thousands of practitioners all over the world, who continue to study and practice this treasure of spiritual and psychological wisdom.
Come discover the manifold gifts Pathwork has to support us in the spiritual dimension of our lives, especially now in a world so divided and where so many struggle to feel a sense of belonging and care.
