Goga Lampropoulou is a Senior Engineering Director, QA at Persado. She has over 20 years of experience across the defense, security, telecommunications, and software industries. She has spent more than 15 years leading remote teams and diverse stakeholders. She consistently drives meaningful results by fostering a motivating, high‑performance environment. She is passionate about developing future leaders and building global teams that deliver strategic initiatives for innovative products and solutions. An Agile enthusiast at heart, she empowers teams to become agents of change, nurturing a culture of continuous improvement in productivity, efficiency, and quality. She builds strong relationships with executive leadership to influence strategic, organization‑wide transformation. She sharpens team focus on customer satisfaction by removing impediments, embracing automation, and promoting data‑driven decision‑making. Her abilities to identify risks early in the product development lifecycle and proactively resolve challenges have been a defining strength of her leadership approach.
Konstantinos Tsakalozos is an Engineer Manager for Kubernetes at Canonical. He has been working on open-source software for the Ubuntu ecosystem for more than a decade. He is the original author and maintainer of MicroK8s - a small, fast, single-package Kubernetes for developers, IoT and edge. Prior to Canonical he was with Microsoft - Skype working in the Big Data Group. Konstantinos holds a Ph.D. in IaaS resource allocation and currently lives in Athens, Greece where he is active in the Athens Kubernetes User Group.
