!BIKE! Upper Deschutes river pathways, SNRVR

Join us for a fun and very scenic 12 mile bike path tour of the Sunriver area, it will be the last chance for this sort of thing prior to the summer madness. We will start from the Harpers bridge roadside parking area and head north into the extensive path network. The winding and rolling paths will take us around the Grand Meadow, along the river and the riparian zones, then through the woods to the Cardinal Landing bridge. We will loop around at the Sun Lava TH and return to our cars and grab a well deserved lunch at the nearby Century Commons Taps n Trucks lot. The pace will be steady but moderate and we'll stop at scenic points and at critical intersections.

Please make sure you're experienced and fit enough to ride this distance on winding, rolling, & curvy pathways, and that your bike is FULLY functional and reliable (drivetrain, brakes, pumped up tires, proper saddle, etc). No beach cruisers allowed as they will drain the life out of you at this distance. I recommend a hardtail mt bike, cross bike, gravel bike, road bike, a very light hybrid bike, or ONLY Class 1 e-bikes . (DM me if you have any questions about this). Please have sufficient water and snacks too.
