!Walk and Talk! Alpenglow to SE canal trail to Haven Bagel for coffee and back!

Join me in this "out and back" walk along the canal for a treat or coffee and head back the same way. This will be a moderately paced walk but otherwise easy. We walk along some sidewalks and mostly a wide canal trail, flat & gravely. Approximately 2 miles up to get to Haven Bagel + coffee for a beverage, bathrooms, maybe a snack or treat, they often have some gluten free options. Approximately 4 miles total, no dogs please and cameras not necessary on this hike, canal is dry.
Let's meet at Alpenglow parking lot right off Murphy Rd (not the main lot, it's a side lot right off of Murphy with a sign that says "Murphy Road Entrance")

Generally considered an easy route, through private property easements and right-of-ways it is especially important to stay on the path and respect posted guidance. Local officials and private landowners work in partnership to provide public access to this area. Staying on the path while on private property ensures that agreements between local officials and the landowner are upheld and that this trail remains open to the public in the future.
