Join me for coffee, tea and/or bagels at 9am. After about an hour of conversation, I'll head out for a walk along the canal trail, out and back, a flat walk and guessing roughly 2.5 miles total. You're welcome to stay and chat longer, or join me for a walk. Haven does have gluten free options but they can sell out rather early, hence meeting there at 9am.
