SUNDAY FEBRUARY 1st ANNUAL GROUNDHOG DAY GROUP HIKE - Join the Paulinskill Valley Trail Committee (PVTC) at 10:00 AM on Sunday February 1st at the Sussex Branch Trail starting at Newton Sparta Road, (Route 616) in Andover Township. The PVTC, the Officially Recognized Friends Organization of the Kittatinny Valley State Park, will host a moderate hike. The length of the hike will be approximately 2-3 miles. The trail is cinder-based which provides easy, level walking. Bring a drink.

The Paulinskill Valley Trail Committee (PVTC) is the nonprofit 501c (3) Officially Recognized Friends Group of the Kittatinny Valley State Park.
The Paulinskill Valley Trail (27 miles) and the Sussex Branch Trail (20 miles) are part of Kittatinny Valley State Park. Both trails are multi-use. Hiking, bicycle riding, horseback riding, cross-country skiing, snow shoeing jogging and dog sledding are allowed. All dogs must be on a leash.
ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP is $20 for an individual and $30 for a family. Please make checks payable to “Paulinskill Valley Trail Committee” or “PVTC” and mail to PVTC, PO Box 175, Andover, NJ 07821.
