Come join us for an informal virtual coffee session to discuss mindful dating in the modern world ☕️

This will be a space to ask questions, share stories and gain a new perspective - all around dating more intentionally. Transparency over past patterns of behaviour, accountability for mistakes and a growth mindset is encouraged ✨

Topics around navigating breakups, regaining a sense of self, building self worth, identifying needs, asserting boundaries and self acceptance typically come up.

NOTE This is not a singles mixer event. The goal is to be a supportive and friendly group while we discuss our dating aims, challenges, successes - whether you share yourself or just come to listen and ask questions 🎗️If you DM other members inappropriate messages you will be removed from the group.

I’d love to see as many faces as possible to build the community vibe but there's no pressure to keep your camera on for the entire call. Feel free to introduce yourself and then go cam off if you prefer - the session will not be recorded as I want to ensure everyone is comfortable to share their situation/questions.
