This group is a gentle space to slow down and return to yourself at the end of the day.
Life can feel full and heavy — work, responsibilities, thoughts that don’t stop. In the evening, we often need a quiet pause. This space is created for that moment, where you can breathe, release the day, and simply be.
We meet every evening at 7:00 PM (online) to meditate together.
Some days the mind is calm, some days it is restless — both are welcome here. There is no pressure, no expectation, and no right or wrong way to meditate.
These daily sessions are guided with care, helping you slow down, relax, and feel more centered before the day ends. You don’t need any meditation experience, and you don’t need to feel peaceful before joining.
Over time, this becomes a gentle daily habit — a steady rhythm, a familiar space, and a reminder that you are not alone.
Occasionally, if there is interest, we may also meet in person to meditate and connect as a community.
This is a free, non-profit group , created with love and the intention to spread calm and positive energy.
