Cardiff Pawn Stars Beginners Chess Night

Welcome to our next Cardiff Pawn Stars Beginners Chess Night. If you have been looking for a relaxed way to learn the game or practice your skills without the pressure of a competitive tournament, this is the place to be. We keep things very low-key, focusing on helping each other understand the basics, improve our strategies, and enjoy a few friendly matches over a coffee or drink.

This event is specifically for those who are new to chess or consider themselves casual players. Whether you have just learned how the pieces move or you want a safe space to get more comfortable playing in person, you will fit right in. We have a few boards available, but please feel free to bring your own set if you have one.

We would love to see you there, so if you think you can make it, please take a moment to RSVP so we have an idea of how many people to expect.
