What we’re about

Paws & Pose are special wellness events in San Diego county. We partner with local animal rescues and offer family friendly yoga classes with kittens, puppies and other furry friends!

All animals are adoptable at our events, but you don't need to feel the pressure to adopt yourself. By simply coming to our fun events, taking pictures and posting/sharing has gotten many animals adopted at our past events!

Come stretch, play and pose with us. Beginner yoga students, children (ages 8 and up) and all fitness levels are welcome.

A portion of ticket sales goes directly to animal rescue efforts! Follow along for all of our upcoming events.

Join us for a joyful Kitten Yoga event on January 25th at 1:00 PM in Oceanside!

This unique experience combines gentle, beginner-friendly yoga with playful, adoptable kittens roaming freely around the room.

There is no pressure to adopt—simply attending, interacting with the kittens, and sharing the event helps them find their forever homes. A portion of every ticket sold goes directly toward rescue efforts, supporting the care and well-being of these kittens.

Participants are welcome to do as much or as little yoga as they like. Whether you’re stretching on your mat or spending the entire time cuddling kittens, the goal is to relax, have fun, and support a great cause.

Come for the yoga, stay for the kittens, and leave knowing you made a difference 🐾🧘‍♀️
