PB Sprint club at Crystal Palace

Outdoors run club session, but it’s sprint track work!

Running drills, short sprints/runs and conditioning by a qualified coach.

A relaxed environment open to all levels from beginners to experience runners.

Every Saturday (or sunday depending on availability) at 1pm. Free sessions but must pay for entry when you arrive at the track (£2.45)
