Would you like to know the secret to being able to improve your 10K personal best?

To run faster, you need to train faster. 
Doing interval training is the first step, however it is difficult to do them alone. Why not join in with others and be coached through your weekly interval session.
We are a bunch of friendly people from all corners of the globe with the class taught in English. This is a group for all levels from complete beginners to speedy runners. Most of our participants, were they to run a 10K, would finish between 45-75 minutes. Some compete in 10k's, half marathons, and marathons but many run for fun, come to the sessions to get fit, or simply for the warm atmosphere of the group. 
We meet on;

Monday night at 19:30-20:30 for Strength & Conditioning (Ciutadella Park)
Tuesday morning at 07:15-8:00 for Running Intervals
Tuesday night at 19:30-20:30 for Running Intervals (Ciutadella Park)
Wednesday night at 19:00-20:00 for Strength & Conditioning
Wednesday night at 20:00-21:00 for Running Intervals 
Thursday morning at 07:15-8:15 for Strength & Conditioning (Playa Barceloneta)
Thursday night at 19:00-20:00 for Running Intervals

Unless stated differently above all classes are held at Parque Barceloneta next to Barceloneta Beach and Hospital Del Mar. We meet next to the Simon Bolivar statue. The Strength & Conditioning classes ton a Thursday morning takes place directly across the road from the park on Playa Barceloneta. The Monday evening S&C class, and Tuesday evening intervals class are in Park Ciutadella.
The sessions are fun and varied, and you don't need to 'get fit' to attend your first one.
