Portland UX Book Club: Author Event - Writing is Designing

Join us for an insightful evening with Andy Welfle, co-author of Writing is Designing: Words and the User Experience. Hosted by AIGA Portland, Portland UX Design Hub, and Portland UX Content, this event is for UX professionals and enthusiasts alike.

Enjoy a "fireside chat" with Andy, followed by an opportunity to ask your questions in Q&A. Afterward, connect with fellow UXers while enjoying beverages (drinks available for purchase).

To open to the broader Portland community and respect the venue’s capacity, we are collecting all registrations through Eventbrite.

Author Bio: Andy Welfle is the co-author of Writing is Designing: Words and the User Experience, a book about the fundamentals of UX writing and content design. He founded and led the content design practice at Adobe for 6 years, and nowadays has been exploring IC life as a principal content designer at Microsoft. He lives in San Francisco with a tiny tuxedo cat and in his spare time, makes zines about bad AI poetry and a podcast about pencils.
