• Session starts promptly - latecomers will not be admitted once attendees enter into hypnosis in order to limit disruption.

Session requirements:

• Have camera on at all times.
• Have 100% focus on what's happening in the session instead of your environment.
• Attend in a physically stable location free of distractions (loud TV in the other room, pets demanding attention, people entering your space, etc.) where you won't be interrupted.
• Do not attend while driving or operating any machinery.

About The Facilitator:

• Leszek Erazmus is a double-certified Life Coach and a certified Consulting Hypnotist and a member of the National Guild of Hypnotists in the USA, and a certified Reiki Practitioner.
• Before moving to the US, Leszek spent 3 years co-designing mental health training courses for support workers in England and 5 years being involved in sweat lodge and plant medicine ceremonies.
• He specializes in using impactful neurolinguistic programming strategies, somatic skills, meditation and hypnosis to help clients overcome anxieties, stresses, compulsions, and addictive behaviors.
• He is also passionate about helping his clients reconnect with their life purpose, or their zest for life, leading to lasting positive changes that bring fulfillment both at work and in their personal lives and romantic relationships.
