Tier0: Meet and mingle before anniversary paddle

This day is generally the official start of the proper kayaking season.

It's also the opportunity to meet and reconnect with people even if you are not paddling.
So 5pm-6:30pm or so we are hanging out on land and mingling.
Around 6:30pm those who chose to get on the water do that and that's the Tier1 paddling event.

If you want to meet people, look at kayaks and other vessels, mingle - come meet us on the lawn.
