Weekday walk at Glendoveer Nature Trail / Golf Course

It's recommended for people to get 2.5 hours of moderate exercise each week. This will be a regular event, Monday through Friday, at 7:30 am, to get a 20 to 30 minute (or longer if you have the time) walk to start the day and help folks reach that 2.5 hours weekly goal of moderate exercise.
Glendoveer Nature Trail (NE 148th & NE Halsey) is one of my favorite places to walk and can be as easy or hard as you want to make it.

We'll meet near the picnic table by the parking lot at NE 148th & NE Halsey and the walk will start promptly at 7:45 am.
I'll repost this event every Monday through Friday with two days notice. For example, this walk is for Monday and I'll post the event for Tuesday on the Sunday before it.
RSVPing helps me know to expect you, but feel free to just show up or bring friends. I'll be at the meeting spot Monday through Friday at 7:30 am, even if there are no RSVPs, to get my steps in.
If something happens where I can't make it or I'm delayed and can't be there on time, I'll post in the comments if I'm able.
