Everyone gets 3 minutes to share three things:

• Who you are & what you do - Practice your pitch in a judgment-free zone
• One win from last week - Big or small, we celebrate your progress
• Something you need help with - Real people offering real solutions in real-time

When there's a crowd, we break into smaller groups so everyone gets heard.
