PDX Neurodivergent Tech Workers Park Day!

Who is this for?
Whether you are a seasoned software developer, a budding tech enthusiast, or whoever, this event offers a welcoming space for neurodivergent nerds. We are queer and trans led and welcome individuals of all backgrounds. Join us for an evening of community building!

Where Will We be?
We'll meet in Willamette Park in Portland! We will meet near the shelter; it's a covered picnic area with a lot of tables (it's at the end of the parks' road, across from the bathroom building) and we will have a small sign on the table just in case. If it is booked or in use we will find some other tables to gather at.

What to Bring
Yourself! If the covered picnic area is taken, we might have to sit on the grass or a spot close by with less seating, so a backup chair or blanket might be a good thing to stash in your car. If you have any issues with accessing a meetup in a park sitting in the grass let me know!

What are we doing?
Socializing, talking about challenges at work, talking about life, building community. If you don't like unstructured time don't worry! Please bring along your computer, your latest knitting project, something to fidget or stim with, a weighted blanket, coloring books, anything else that facilitate some social time for you!
