Walk the Trail of the Crows
Details
To celebrate the release of their latest film "Wildwood", LAIKA studios, OHSU Children's Hospital, and the Visit Downtown Campaign, have commissioned 30 statues of crows. These statues have been painted by local artists and placed in various locations around Portland.
Twenty three of these sculptures are located in the central downtown area and will require a walk of approximately 3 miles to view them.
Let's meet at 10 AM next the statue at Lincoln High School and take a relaxed walk to see these works of art.
This is a 3 mile one way walk. We will end at Couch Park near NW 19th & Glisan. There will be an optional lunch at a nearby restaurant at the end. Parking is free on Sunday until 1:00 pm. Please plan your transportation accordingly.
NOTE: I am not one to be on my phone when I am at events socializing with people. I will not be posting updates on the route. After Lincoln High we will be going to crow #9 near SW Montgomery & SW Park.
