Pop-Up Zoom Meetup! Building GenerateBlocks with Claude Code
Details
This is an online workshop where David Schargel will be working live on a new technique mentioned on Twitter last week, which uses GenerateBlocks "Skills" to create better layouts with AI tools like Claude Code and other AI coding tools.
The Zoom session will open at 5:00 PM Pacific Time for anyone who wants to see (or get set up with the tooling!) before the Meetup at 6:00 PM Pacific Time.
This is the same event that is available by the Santa Cruz WordPress and San Jose Meetup Groups. You do not need to RSVP for both.
The first goal is to type in a prompt like "Create a 3-column responsive grid of feature cards. Each card should have an icon, heading, and description with hover effects," and see if/how it generates GenerateBlocks code.

- If your environment allows for it, please join this meetup with your VIDEO ON so we can make this feel as much like an in-person workshop as possible. We are looking to build more connection in our remote meetings and we're officially 'black square' fatigued. Let’s bring some color back to the grid and turn those cameras on!
