Event Agenda:
There will be a main talk between 30 minutes to 1 hour followed by optional lighting talks.

Main Talk by Hannah Whittenberg:
Getting Hired: From resume writing to accepting the offer

It's a difficult market to job hunt right now. For the first time in the software field there are more engineers than there are positions. A lot of companies are betting on AI to replace entry level positions which makes it even more difficult for engineers fresh out of college to find a job. In this talk, we'll discuss everything from how to write a good resume that gets you your initial interview to how to know whether you will be happy at your new position. We'll look at tons of examples to ask each person who might interview you every step of the way and red flags to watch out for as you navigate the interview process.

Lightning Talks:
Lightning talks are talks up to 5 minutes in length on any topic that might interest other Python people. See PyCon’s Lightning Talks description for more details.
