Feel on edge, wired, or like your mind won't switch off? Join us Sunday evening for a guided reset that helps your body shift from stress mode into rest, so you can start the week grounded and sleep more deeply.
Itinerary:
Brief talk on stress and the brain. Learn how stress is your perception of an event plus your emotional response to it, and how neuroplasticity means your brain can learn calmer patterns.
Sound bath and guided meditation. Lie back while crystal bowls and gentle tones help slow your breathing and ease tension. We'll also work with the chakras, the energy centers of yogic tradition, to bring a sense of balance.
Gentle yoga. Slow, relaxing poses harmonized with breath connect body and mind and prepare you for restful sleep. No experience needed.
Q&A and connection. Stay after for tea, questions, and time to meet others.
