This season is all about slowing down, tuning in, and nourishing the parts of you that give so much to everyone else. Join us for a restorative fall gathering designed to help you reconnect with your body, your breath and your community.
We will start with a guided breathing exercise and gentle stretch to shake off stress and settle into presence, followed by a walking meditation to help you unplug and reconnect to yourself.
Learn simple seasonal nutrition ideas to support your body's natural rhythms this time of year, and connect with like-minded people.
This is your time to pause, breathe, and give back to you.
No experience needed, just bring comfortable shoes, an open heart, and a willingness to slow down.
