Join us on Sunday, January 11th for a deeply calming sound bath designed to reset your nervous system. The vibrations resonance help your body shift out of stress mode and into a state where it can actually recover-often leaving you feeling clearer, lighter and more grounded.

What to expect:
You'll lie down comfortably while you're guided into stillness and bathed in soothing sound. No experience needed.

  • A nervous system reset (downshift from fight/flight to rest/restore).
  • Support for lowering stress and cortisol
  • A sense of recalibration-like your inner settings got set to baseline.
  • A simple, repeatable way to recenter yourself you can use after the session.

Make sure to bring:

  • Yoga Mat
  • Pillow (extra pillow for under your knees)
  • Eye Mask
  • Blanket if you tend to get cold
