Let's get our steps in and spend some time outdoors! The air is fresh and invigorating and is a good reset for the new year.

We will follow the Lake Ridge Red Loop, this is a flat trail and we will go at a very easy pace. The goal is to get steps in and be outdoors.

Come meet some fellow health-minded people in the community and enjoy some activity outdoors!
