Join us on Thursday for an evening of mindfulness and meditation inspired by the teachings of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh and the Plum Village tradition.
We’ll begin with 45 minutes of sitting and walking meditation, followed by a short break. We’ll then gather for mindful eating and an exploration of our intentions—how we want to be in 2026 by listening together to Thich Nhat Hanh’s (Thay’s) retelling of Leo Tolstoy’s fable “The Three Questions.”
Whether you have something to share or simply wish to listen, your presence is a gift. Throughout our time together, we’ll continue to cultivate mindful presence, compassion, and connection.
