Join us on Thursday for an evening of mindfulness and meditation inspired by the teachings of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh and the Plum Village tradition.
We’ll begin with 45 minutes of sitting and walking meditation. After a short break, we’ll gather for tea and open sharing. This is a time to slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and support one another in practice.
Whether you’d like to share or simply listen, you are very welcome. Together we cultivate presence, compassion, and community. Come as you are.
