Let’s meet at the entrance of the parking lot, then we will find a picnic table next to the lot to journal. Please bring a writing utensil and something to write on. I will have pens and notecards available for anybody who needs materials.
Let’s take the final days of summer to connect and reflect upon jounral prompts related this summer season. There will be multiple journal questions, each only taking a couple minutes to respond to. There will be an optional share time. Then, we will go on a 4-5 mile hike around the park, slight inclines will be included. We will also find a spot to meditate together along the walk.
There is an option to go out to dinner at Harvest (10 min down the road, here is their website/menu: https://harvestseasonal.com/newtown-restaurant/ ) I have made a reservation for myself and 5 other people for 4:45pm, please send me a message or comment on this event if you are interested in going to dinner.
